清洗機采用3對毛刷設計及對LOW-E玻璃專用毛刷避免膜損傷。
采用PLC控制及雙觸摸屏顯示系統(tǒng)一溫度/速度/生產(chǎn)量/故障信息提示-可單獨完成全線控制。
可以生產(chǎn)超長二層、三層、大小片(不等邊)幕墻中空玻璃及異型中空玻璃。
全距離自動變頻調(diào)速，設有玻璃等候儲存段，節(jié)省勞動等待時間，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
板壓機液壓控制，伺服電機調(diào)整.上下不等片尺寸.活動板可自由開啟.檢修方便快捷。
