日常運用進程中，要留意打膠機的頤養維護
In the process of daily use, we should pay attention to the maintenance of gluing machine.
1、機頭密封圈在7-10天需求改換一次;

2、改換時一切部位都要清洗潔凈，不能有原料殘留;

4、開機前遲緩裝上鋼鉤，新的鋼鉤頂部用砂紙打磨一下，讓其圓潤潤滑，要裝到位，察看機頭馬達能否能正常運轉?出料氣缸能否能正常運作?
4. Install the steel hook slowly before starting the machine. Sand paper is used to polish the top of the new steel hook to make it smooth and lubricated. To be installed in place, check whether the motor of the machine head can work properly and whether the discharging cylinder can work properly.
5、正常消費前記得排出一小局部膠料，由于外面能夠有黃油殘留，排出以免影響產質量量。

6、每個月需求清算一次氣源過濾器，和下膠管Y型過濾器。一切運動局部反省能否有松動，并加光滑油。假如長工夫機器停用，清算機器外面一切料桶與料管的膠水。并要清算完一切管道的清洗液。
6. Air source filters and Y-type Downhose filters are required to be cleared once a month. Reflect on the looseness and smoothness of all movements. If the long-time machine is out of use, the glue of all barrels and pipes outside the machine is cleared. Cleaning fluids for all pipes should also be cleared.
