Feeding section, cleaning and drying section: the feeding section and cleaning and drying section are driven by manual stepless speed regulation motor, and the glass runs smoothly. The glass surface can be dried by using high wind force inclined wind knife in the drying section. Let the whole process proceed quickly and cleanly.

檢查段：檢查段設有燈管，能清晰地檢查玻璃的清洗質量

Inspection section: the inspection section is equipped with lamp tubes, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of glass

合片段：合片段具有玻璃定位及鋁框定位裝置，能完成玻璃定位、鋁框定位安放功能。玻璃由傳送膠輥承托及傳送，傳送輥由電機（輥壓段電機）經過變頻調速器通過鏈輪帶動，玻璃由清洗干燥段低速進入本段，經檢查合格后加速運行至下一工作段，提高工作效率；由變頻調速器控制本段調速電機的運行速度，光電開關控制玻璃進入下一工作段。

Combined segment: the combined segment has glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning devices, which can complete the functions of glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning. The glass is supported and transported by the conveyor rubber roller. The conveyor roller is driven by the motor (rolling section motor) through the frequency converter and the sprocket. The glass enters this section at a low speed from the cleaning and drying section. After passing the inspection, it accelerates to the next working section to improve the working efficiency; The operation speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by the frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.

中空玻璃生產線的清洗水路系統為循環系統，其水箱配有恒溫水加熱裝置，水溫可自動保持在合理的范圍。

The cleaning water system of the insulating glass production line is a circulating system. Its water tank is equipped with a thermostatic water heating device, and the water temperature can be automatically maintained in a reasonable range.

水由水泵從水箱抽出，經噴淋水管噴到玻璃表面上，清洗玻璃后流回水箱，循環使用。若水質較差，需配備水處理裝置（用戶自備），水經處理后進入水箱，按上述步驟循環使用。

The water is pumped out of the water tank by the water pump, sprayed onto the glass surface through the spray pipe, and then flows back to the water tank after cleaning the glass for recycling. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device (provided by the user) is required. The water enters the water tank after treatment and is recycled according to the above steps.

風路系統：由風機通過一對傾斜風刀，吹干玻璃。

鋁框定位機具有玻璃定位以及鋁框定位安設，能夠完工玻璃定位、鋁框放置及兩片玻璃對齊合片功用。輥壓機的用意是將合完片的玻璃由包膠鋼棍擠壓到央求的尺寸

出料機的末尾設有限位安設，避免玻璃掉下。正在電腦序次中條例，當玻璃走出輥壓機后，會主動停下，這時該當實時將玻璃取走。

A limit device is set at the end of the discharge machine to prevent the glass from falling. According to the regulations in the computer sequence, when the glass is complete and comes out of the roller press, it will automatically stop, and then the glass should be taken away in real time.
