1、接通氣源：氣源接通，調(diào)理減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)以下動作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。留意：提升氣缸提升時，假如兩氣缸不同步，請降落至原點后重新操作。
1. Turn on the gas source: turn on the gas source, adjust the pressure relief valve to 0.4~0.6 Mpa, check whether there is air leakage in the system. Then test run the following actions: (1) A pump lifting; (2) A pump inflating; (3) B pump lifting; (4) B pump inflating. Note: When lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please drop to the origin and re-operate.
2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。以A組份為例：

1)操作手動轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升至高，提升過程中察看各管路有無拉伸過緊處。

1) Manual rotary valve is operated and pump A is lifted to the highest level. In the process of lifting, the pipelines are inspected to see if they are stretched too tightly.
2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) Place the rubber drum under the A pump pressure rubber disc, open the rubber drum, turn the plastic bag out of the drum, and take out the plastic sheet.
3)使A泵壓盤遲緩降落，壓盤入桶時應(yīng)使其與桶口對準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口翻開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)堅持下壓狀態(tài)）
3) Make the pressure plate of pump A drop slowly. When the pressure plate enters the barrel, it should be aligned with the barrel mouth. Open the outlet of the pressure plate until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When all the gas in the pressure plate is exhausted and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (Lifting switch sticks to down-voltage state)
4)開機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)翻開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時中止。
4) Start-up test gluing: Turn the main pump air source switch on and press the glue gun switch until the air in pump A is discharged continuously.
用同樣的辦法操作B泵。
Operate B pump in the same way.
3、打膠操作：1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整至所需比例。只要當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比到達(dá)正常值時，才可停止下面的操作。
3. Gluing operation: 1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the internal and external proportions of the proportional pump to the required proportions. Only when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value, can the following operation be stopped.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，翻開膠槍開關(guān)，以恰當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地挪動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠完畢時關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) Place the selection knob on pump A and B, point the rubber gun outlet at the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn the rubber gun switch, and move the rubber gun smoothly at the appropriate speed to fill the two-component rubber in the glass tank. Turn off the glue gun when the glue is finished.

4、改換膠桶：1）當(dāng)膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時，應(yīng)立刻關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，中止打膠。
4. Change the rubber drum: 1) When the rubber in the rubber drum is used up, the A and B switches should be closed immediately and the gluing should be stopped.
2）翻開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤漸漸提起，此時應(yīng)留意：膠桶盡量不要分開底盤，直至壓盤完整脫離膠桶時關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。詳細(xì)操作：將B泵關(guān)閉，翻開B膠回流開關(guān)然后翻開膠槍，至膠條為白色即可。
2) Turn on the inflatable switch of A (or B) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of A (or B) rubber pump as the ascending position, and point the knob to gradually lift the pressure plate. At this time, we should pay attention to: the rubber bucket should not be separated from the chassis as far as possible, until the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber bucket, close the inflatable switch of A (or B) rubber pump. Detailed operation: Close the B pump, turn on the B glue reflux switch and turn on the glue gun until the glue strip is white.
