玻璃清洗機是玻璃在制鏡、真空鍍膜、鋼化、熱彎、中空玻璃合片等深加工工藝前對玻璃表面進行清潔、干燥處理的專用設備。玻璃清洗機主要由傳動系統(tǒng)、刷洗、清水沖洗、純水沖洗、冷、熱風干、電控系統(tǒng)等組成。

　　▌清洗機的潤滑為防止磨損機過度磨損導致的齒輪壞死，清洗機必須得到適當潤滑。尤其玻璃鍍膜工藝對玻璃的清潔程度要求非常高，不允許有少量的潤滑油進入到清洗區(qū)域，所以應選擇具有良好的機械安定性和粘附性的油脂。重點針對傳動鏈條、斜齒輪和傳動軸進行潤滑。①用塑料布將需要潤滑的部件與清洗區(qū)域隔離出來避免油脂污染。②對鏈條、齒輪、傳動軸鏈條滾子與鏈板的結(jié)合面進行潤滑。③對傳動鏈條及輥道，要使其潤滑均勻。④用干凈棉布擦去多余的潤滑脂。?

　　The lubrication of the cleaning machine is necessary to prevent gear necrosis caused by excessive wear of the machine, and the cleaning machine must be properly lubricated. Especially the glass coating process requires a very high level of cleanliness for the glass, and does not allow a small amount of lubricating oil to enter the cleaning area. Therefore, grease with good mechanical stability and adhesion should be selected. 　　▌傳送輥道的校準清洗機采用的是夾送玻璃方式，其下部輥道固定，上部輥道的高度可以調(diào)整，以保證玻璃受力的均勻和傳送的平穩(wěn)。下部輥道由傳動軸及齒輪系統(tǒng)傳動，需要定期檢查軸承和橫向、縱向的水平。上部輥道由兩端兩個水潤滑的塑料軸承固定，可以自由轉(zhuǎn)動。由于塑料軸承使用一段時間后容易磨損增大間隙，從而導致上部輥道兩端不平衡，使玻璃原片在清洗機中容易形成偏斜。針對上部輥道，我們增加固定端塊夾并且定期測量高度變化，對應校準或者更換軸承，以調(diào)整輥子的壓緊力道。?

　　The calibration cleaning machine for the conveyor roller adopts the method of clamping glass. 　　▌盤刷高度的調(diào)節(jié)入口清洗機主要通過盤刷對玻璃原片表面進行清潔，同時添加液體拋光劑，以保證對玻璃表面能進行有效打磨，去除頑固污漬。要使盤刷對玻璃表面形成有效滾擦，一般將盤刷毛尖高度設定在玻璃片表面以下1.5毫米。隨著盤刷毛的磨損，需要定期將盤刷高度下降，以保證清洗質(zhì)量。?

　　▌儲水箱和接水盤的清潔入口清洗機采用的是三級水質(zhì)逐步清洗并且循環(huán)使用的方式，在傳送臺下部分別設有5個水箱及對應的接水盤，用來儲存清洗用水。由于在清洗玻璃的同時水自身受到污染，所以在儲水箱內(nèi)通常會逐漸沉積一些拋光劑等污物，需要定期進行沖刷清洗，以保證水質(zhì)的潔凈。

　　?▌拋光劑及噴水管的通暢入口清洗機采用鋁或鈰的氧化物水溶液作為拋光劑，通過上部輥道之間的噴水管添加到盤刷的滾擦過程中。由于采用的是固體水溶液拋光劑，當濃度過大時，極易導致噴嘴堵塞。在使用當中觀察到拋光劑噴嘴堵塞時，應及時疏通并且調(diào)節(jié)拋光劑稀釋后的濃度。對拋光劑和噴水管進行清潔要按照以下步驟。①拆卸清洗機擋版，升起清洗機上部輥道，關閉電源及供水閥。②松開噴管兩端的固定螺栓，將噴管拆下。③用高壓水槍將純水從噴管的進口打入噴管內(nèi)形成水壓，觀察每個噴嘴的出水情況，用回形針進行疏通。④清洗干凈噴管，安裝回原處，緊固螺栓，注意噴嘴方向保持拆洗前不變。

Observe the water output of each nozzle and use a paper clip to clear it. ④ Clean the nozzle thoroughly, install it back in place, tighten the bolts, and ensure that the nozzle direction remains unchanged before disassembly and cleaning.

　　▌風刀干燥區(qū)的清潔和調(diào)整清洗機最后一個水箱里裝的是經(jīng)過加熱（溫度在45℃左右）的高純水，因此附著在玻璃原片表面的水漬在進入干燥區(qū)后能夠在風刀的高強風作用下被吹走并且蒸發(fā)。風刀刀口與玻璃原片所在平面呈一定銳角夾角，每次拆裝風刀或改變其位置都要注意測量其角度并保持不變。①清理干燥區(qū)里的玻璃碎屑、標簽、夾紙等污物，并用潔凈棉布擦拭風刀、輥道等部件，確保清潔。②將風機用的初級過濾板和次級過濾袋都拆下，用壓縮空氣反向吹出里面的灰塵，檢查有無破損或堵塞，定期更換。③用鋸條探入風刀口，檢查是否有過濾袋纖維等雜物堵塞刀口。??只要定期認真地按照以上程序?qū)θ肟谇逑礄C進行維護和保養(yǎng)，在工藝正常地情況下，就能較大程度保證玻璃原片的清洗效果，保證鍍膜玻璃產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

　　The cleaning and adjustment of the wind knife drying area. The last water tank of the cleaning machine is filled with high-purity water that has been heated (at a temperature of around 45 ℃), so the water stains attached to the surface of the glass substrate can be blown away and evaporated under the strong wind of the wind knife after entering the drying area.
