　　玻璃清洗必須采用機(jī)器清洗法，因?yàn)槿斯で逑礋o(wú)法保證清洗質(zhì)量。清洗前需檢驗(yàn)玻璃無(wú)劃傷，并最好使用去離子水。清洗后的玻璃要通過(guò)光照檢驗(yàn)，確保表面無(wú)水珠、水漬及其他污漬。若有缺陷，需調(diào)整機(jī)器運(yùn)行速度、加熱溫度、風(fēng)量和毛刷間隙，直到達(dá)到效果完好為止。洗完后的玻璃應(yīng)在1小時(shí)之內(nèi)組裝成中空玻璃，且玻璃之間不得磨擦劃傷。最好有半成品玻璃儲(chǔ)存小車，將玻璃片與片之間隔開。

　　膠條式中空玻璃組裝 ：加工溫度冬季應(yīng)在10-20度之間，夏季應(yīng)在20-30度之間為宜。相對(duì)濕度要求稍低，以保證膠條與干燥劑的有效混合和作用。組裝過(guò)程中，膠條應(yīng)均勻分布，壓合后隨即封口，并確保干燥后的氣體從小口溢出。

The relative humidity requirement is slightly lower to ensure effective mixing and interaction between the rubber strip and the desiccant. 　　鋁條式中空玻璃組裝 ：溫度也應(yīng)控制在10-30度之間。合片后需在鋁框外邊部和玻璃邊部留有5-7mm左右的距離，涂布第二道密封膠（聚硫膠），防止氣泡，并確保涂布均勻。涂完后需刮去玻璃表面殘余，完成加工。中空玻璃的放置也應(yīng)正確，堆垛架底部平面與側(cè)部應(yīng)始終保持90度并傾斜放置，避免油漬和石灰等污染物影響密封性能。
