　　雙組份涂膠機由A、B膠泵、氣動系統、升降機構、機架等組成。現分別介紹如下：

　　1.膠泵：

　　1. Rubber pump:

　　（1）A、B組份各設一個膠泵，在各自的氣馬達驅動下，分別作往復運動，將膠吸入并壓出。A、B膠泵分別與壓膠盤固定在一起，再與機架連接組成各自的系統。

　　（2）A、B組份的配比是通過比例杠桿進行調節：向里調節，B出膠量減少，向外調節，B出膠量增加。通過調節比例杠桿來控制B膠的出膠量，從而控制A、B膠的配比。

　　（3）出膠量：由氣源處理器控制，逆時針調節，出膠量增加，順時針調節出膠量減小。（這里指總出膠量）

　　2 . 升降機構：

　　2 .  Lifting mechanism:

　　A、B組份膠泵分別設一套氣動升降機構，該升降機構分別由兩個氣缸并聯組成，并通過橫梁固定連接各自的泵體。其目的之一是將兩缸的作用力通過壓盤作用在膠面上，壓力大小由調壓閥調節，一般調整在0.3MPa左右；其二，當需要更換膠桶時，氣缸可將壓盤提起。離開膠桶，以便更換新的膠桶。

　　A. The B-component adhesive pump is equipped with a set of pneumatic lifting mechanisms, which are composed of two parallel cylinders and are fixedly connected to their respective pump bodies through crossbeams. One of its purposes is to apply the force of the two cylinders to the rubber surface through the pressure plate, and the pressure is adjusted by the pressure regulating valve, usually around 0.3 MPa; Secondly, when it is necessary to replace the rubber drum, the cylinder can lift the pressure plate. 　　2雙組份打膠機的操作

　　Operation of two-component gluing machine

　　1、接通氣源：

　　1. Connect the gas source:

　　源接通，調節減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統有無漏氣現象。然后試運行以下動作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降至原點后重新操作。

　　Connect the source, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6Mpa, and check for any air leakage in the system. Then try the following actions: (1) Lift pump A; (2) Pump A inflation; (3) B pump lifting; (4) Pump B is inflating. Attention: When lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please descend to the origin and operate again.

　　2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。

　　以A組份為例：

　　1)操作手動轉閥，將A泵提升至最高，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。

　　1) Operate the manual rotary valve and lift pump A to the highest position. During the lifting process, observe whether there are any tight or stretched parts in each pipeline.

　　2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。

　　2) Place the glue bucket under the pressure plate of pump A, open the glue bucket, turn the plastic bag inside out of the bucket, and remove the plastic sheet on the glue surface.

　　3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時應使其與桶口對準，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關閉排氣閥。（提升開關保持下壓狀態）

　　3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump A, align it with the barrel mouth when entering the barrel, and open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until it contacts the adhesive surface. When all the gas inside the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (Keep the lift switch pressed down)

　　4)開機試打膠：將主泵氣源開關打開，按下膠槍開關，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續時停止。

　　4) Start up and try gluing: Turn on the main pump air source switch, press the glue gun switch, and stop until the air in pump A is completely discharged and the glue continues to come out at the muzzle.

　　用同樣的方法操作B泵。

　　Operate pump B using the same method.

　　3、打膠操作：

　　3. Glue application operation:

　　1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內外調整至所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。

　　1) Loosen the proportional pump locking screw on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the desired ratio. The following operation can only be carried out when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value.

　　2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關，以適當速度平穩地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結束時關閉膠槍。

　　2) Turn on the selection knob on pumps A and B, align the outlet of the glue gun with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and smoothly move the glue gun at an appropriate speed to fill and enrich the two-component glue in the glass groove. Turn off the glue gun at the end of gluing.

　　4、更換膠桶：

　　1）當膠桶內的膠用完時，應立即關閉A、B開關，停止打膠。

　　1) When the glue in the glue bucket is used up, the A and B switches should be immediately turned off to stop gluing.

　　2）打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直至壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關。

　　2) Turn on the inflation switch of the A (or B) glue pump, select the lifting mechanism of the A (or B) glue pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to slowly lift the pressure plate. At this time, it should be noted that the glue bucket should not leave the chassis as much as possible until the pressure plate is completely detached from the glue bucket, and then turn off the inflation switch of the A (or B) glue pump.

　　3雙組分打膠機的注意事項

　　3 Precautions for two-component gluing machine

　　1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定時間，因此，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應水平輕輕搬動。

　　Due to the curing time required for two-component sealant, glass that has been coated with two-component sealant should be gently moved horizontally.

　　2.A組、B組份膠應保持清潔，嚴防異物進入膠中。

　　Group A and B adhesives should be kept clean to prevent foreign objects from entering the adhesive.

　　3.在連續工作過程中，膠槍每次停止工作時間一般不得超過20分鐘，否則，應用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。

　　3. During continuous operation, the glue gun should generally not stop working for more than 20 minutes each time. Otherwise, the A-component glue should be used to flush out all the mixed glue until a single A-component glue is discharged from the muzzle.

　　4.高壓膠管不得強行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統正常工作。

　　4. High pressure rubber hoses must not be forcefully squeezed or bent to prevent affecting the normal operation of the system.

　　5.混膠器應經常保持暢通，以保證良好的出膠效果。如遇堵塞情況，可用丙酮浸泡后清洗。建議每5組清洗一次。

　　6.當膠槍長時間不用時（超過一周），應拆下槍體使用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器內的殘留膠體清洗干凈。

　　When the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than a week), the gun body should be removed and the residual glue in the glue gun and mixer should be cleaned with solvent.

　　7.不同雙組份膠生產廠家所生產的膠內含雜質數量不同，根據實際情況清晰B組分的過濾網及單向止回閥，建議每兩組清洗一次。

　　二、單組份打膠機簡介

　　膠槍是一種打膠（或擠膠）的工具，需要施膠的地方就有可能會用到，廣泛用于建筑裝飾，電子電器，汽車及汽車部件，船舶及集裝箱等行業。氣動膠槍是依靠壓縮空氣為動力，去推動膠的底部，較手動膠槍而言可減輕操作者的勞動強度，提高工作效率及打膠的質量。不需要接電源，一般工廠生產流水線上配備有壓縮空氣氣源（通過氣管來自工廠的空壓站或空壓機）。

　　1膠槍不出膠

　　1）氣源工作壓力是否過低，應適當調整壓力閥，提高工作壓力。

　　2）膠槍未清洗干凈，膠固化堵塞通道，此時，必須清理疏通通道。

　　3）膠的粘度不合適，若粘度過大，阻力增加，出膠不連續或打不出膠來，因此，要選擇符合要求的膠。

　　2膠槍漏氣

　　1）進氣口漏氣：氣泵和膠槍接氣口連接密封度不夠，可選擇換接頭或將氣管連到膠槍接氣口，用鐵絲固定。

　　1) Air leakage at the air inlet: The sealing degree of the connection between the air pump and the rubber gun air inlet is insufficient. You can choose to replace the joint or connect the air pipe to the rubber gun air inlet and fix it with wire.

　　2）槍體漏氣：可將螺絲卸下，重新裝上，再將螺絲擰緊。或用玻璃膠密封一下，嚴重漏氣，請聯系供應商更換槍體。

　　2) Gun body leakage: The screw can be removed, reinstalled, and then tightened. Or seal it with glass glue. If there is severe air leakage, please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.

　　3）槍管前端漏氣：膠過長，導致前蓋不能擰緊。或本身前蓋為擰到位。

　　4）槍后端漏氣：密封圈損壞，或后置消音器損壞，請來聯系供應商更換。

　　4) Leakage at the rear of the gun: damaged sealing ring or rear muffler. Please contact the supplier for replacement.

　　電動膠槍

　　Electric glue gun

　　1）槍體漏氣：可將螺絲卸下，重新裝上，再將螺絲擰緊。或用玻璃膠密封一下，嚴重漏氣，請聯系供應商更換槍體。

　　1) Gun body leakage: The screw can be removed, reinstalled, and then tightened. Or seal it with glass glue. If there is severe air leakage, please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.

　　2）槍管前端漏氣：膠過長，導致前蓋不能擰緊。或本身前蓋為擰到位。

　　3）槍后端漏氣：密封圈損壞，或后置消音器損壞，請來聯系供應商更換。

　　3使用注意事項

　　3 Precautions for use

　　1． 與膠槍連接的壓縮空氣壓力不能超過145 p.s.i（10bar）

　　1. The compressed air pressure connected to the glue gun cannot exceed 145 p.s.i (10 bar)

　　2． 拆卸膠槍前一定不要接上壓縮空氣。

　　2. Do not connect compressed air before disassembling the glue gun.

　　3． 為確保膠槍可靠地工作，使用后一定要按照密封劑生產商推薦的溶劑清除殘膠（不允許將膠槍浸泡在溶劑中）。

　　3. To ensure the reliable operation of the glue gun, it is necessary to remove residual glue according to the solvent recommended by the sealant manufacturer after use (it is not allowed to soak the glue gun in the solvent).

　　4． 如果空氣從扳機閥處緩慢逸出，排氣閥會明顯失效，如果出現此種情形，應該更換消音排氣閥里面的隔膜片。

　　If air slowly escapes from the trigger valve, the exhaust valve will significantly fail. If this situation occurs, the diaphragm inside the muffler exhaust valve should be replaced.

　　5． 使用時，前蓋一定要旋緊。

　　6． 使用所有氣動工具時建議佩帶護目鏡。
