4、清洗干燥機(jī)箱和水箱表面采用雙水箱不銹鋼拉絲板制作，分室清洗確保玻璃清洗干凈。外觀整潔美觀。傳送膠輥采用耐酸堿全橡膠輥，可根據(jù)不同厚度的玻璃自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)間距。三對毛刷配用高壓水噴霧器，三對毛刷全部采用軟質(zhì)高溫絲，防止對鍍膜玻璃的表面膜層的破壞。清洗室用有機(jī)玻璃擋水板罩住，擋水板拆卸容易，便于維修。清洗段機(jī)箱工作時(shí)，能透過玻璃直接看到玻璃的傳送及清洗情況。

When the cleaning section chassis is working, the transmission and cleaning status of the glass can be directly seen through the glass.

5、 清洗時(shí)水由兩水泵從水箱抽出，通過噴淋水管水嘴噴到玻璃表面上，經(jīng)毛刷清洗玻璃后，再流回水箱，循環(huán)使用。漂洗水箱配有水加熱裝置，在低溫下可對水進(jìn)行加熱再使用。若水質(zhì)較差，用戶需配備水處理裝置，水經(jīng)水處理后進(jìn)入漂洗水箱，按上述步驟循環(huán)使用。（水處理裝置由用戶自備）

6、檢查傳送及鋁框裝配機(jī)采用雙速傳送，玻璃從清洗干燥機(jī)中傳出時(shí)，檢查傳送機(jī)低速運(yùn)行，與清洗干燥機(jī)速度匹配；當(dāng)玻璃后邊緣通過檢查傳送機(jī)右側(cè)的光電開關(guān)時(shí)，檢查傳送機(jī)高速運(yùn)行，玻璃加速傳送，雙速傳送既提高了生產(chǎn)效率，又避免了檢查傳送機(jī)與清洗干燥機(jī)銜接處由于傳送速度不一致對輸送輪造成的磨損，燈檢輸出部位采用選擇停止功能，可隨時(shí)抽樣檢查，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)未清洗干凈的玻璃，充分保障成品的合格率。

6. The inspection conveyor and aluminum frame assembly machine adopt dual speed transmission. When the glass passes out of the cleaning and drying machine, check that the conveyor runs at low speed and matches the speed of the cleaning and drying machine; When the rear edge of the glass passes through the photoelectric switch on the right side of the inspection conveyor, the high-speed operation of the conveyor is checked, and the glass is accelerated for transmission. The dual speed transmission not only improves production efficiency, but also avoids wear and tear on the conveyor wheel caused by inconsistent transmission speed at the connection between the inspection conveyor and the cleaning and drying machine. The output part of the light inspection adopts a selective stop function, which can be sampled for inspection at any time to timely detect uncleaned glass, Fully guarantee the qualification rate of finished products.

7、 等待機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)玻璃的等候功能，有效提高玻璃加工速度和效率。

8、 合片平壓機(jī)采用液壓站控制，移動(dòng)的前壓片內(nèi)采用吸盤裝置，根據(jù)不同尺寸玻璃合理分配吸盤工作區(qū)域，基本為單吸盤工作分配保障吸盤有效氣壓，盡可能避免出現(xiàn)玻璃滑落現(xiàn)象。

The working area of the suction cup is reasonably allocated according to different sizes of glass, which is basically a single suction cup working distribution to ensure effective air pressure of the suction cup and avoid glass sliding as much as possible.

9、 合片平壓采用液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng)，運(yùn)動(dòng)采用四點(diǎn)同步運(yùn)動(dòng)副與齒輪齒條，大張開便于檢修和保養(yǎng)。充分保證兩個(gè)板面平行壓合。對于加工不同尺寸的中空玻璃設(shè)有調(diào)壓功能，保壓時(shí)間也可根據(jù)玻璃尺寸大小進(jìn)行調(diào)整。可根據(jù)客戶要求升級為內(nèi)外合片。

9. The flat pressing of the lamination is driven by a hydraulic system, and the movement adopts a four point synchronous motion pair and gear rack, with a large opening for easy maintenance and repair. Fully ensure that the two board surfaces are parallel and pressed together. There is a pressure regulating function for processing hollow glass of different sizes, and the pressure holding time can also be adjusted according to the size of the glass. Upgraded to internal and external laminations according to customer requirements.
