1、接通氣源：
1. Connect the air source:
電源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運行以下動作：(1)A泵提升;(2)A泵充氣;(3)B泵提升;(4)B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降至原點后重新操作。
Connect the power supply, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6Mpa, and check the system for air leakage. Then test run the following actions: (1) Lift pump A; (2) Pump A inflation; (3) Pump B lifting; (4) Pump B inflates. Attention: When lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please lower to the original point and operate again.
2、將雙組份打膠機的A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。
2. Place the A and B component rubber drums of the dual component glue machine in position and align them with the axis of the A and B glue pumps.
以A組份為例：
Taking component A as an example:
1)操作雙組份打膠機的手動轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升至高，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。
1) Operate the manual rotary valve of the dual component glue machine to raise pump A to its highest position. During the lifting process, observe whether each pipeline is stretched too tightly.
2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) Place the rubber bucket under the pressure plate of pump A, open the rubber bucket, flip the plastic bag out of the bucket, and remove the plastic sheet on the rubber surface.
3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時應(yīng)使其與桶口對準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。(提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài))
3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump A, align it with the barrel opening when entering the barrel, and open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until it contacts the adhesive surface. When all the gas in the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (The lifting switch remains pressed down)
4)開機試打膠：將雙組份打膠機的主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時停止。
4) Start up and test glue application: Turn on the air source switch of the main pump of the two-component glue application machine, press the glue gun switch, and stop until the air in pump A is completely discharged and the glue is continuously discharged from the gun mouth.
用同樣的方法操作B泵。
Operate pump B in the same way.
4、打膠操作：
4. Gluing operation:
1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整至所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the desired ratio. The following operations can only be carried out when the ratio of adhesive A and adhesive B reaches the normal value.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結(jié)束時關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) Set the selection knob on pump A and pump B, align the glue gun outlet with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at an appropriate speed to fill and enrich the two component glue in the glass groove. Turn off the glue gun at the end of gluing.
5、更換膠桶：
5. Replacing the rubber bucket:
1)當(dāng)雙組份打膠機的膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，停止打膠。
1) When the glue in the barrel of the two-component glue applicator is used up, the A and B switches should be immediately turned off to stop the glue application.
2)打開A(或B)膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A(或B)膠泵提升機構(gòu)為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直至壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關(guān)閉A(或B)膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。
2) Turn on the inflation switch of the A (or B) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of the A (or B) rubber pump as the rising position, and slowly lift the pressure plate by clicking the knob. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber barrel should not leave the chassis as much as possible until the pressure plate completely disengages from the rubber barrel, and turn off the inflation switch of the A (or B) rubber pump.
3)撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復(fù)第3、4、項操作。
3) Withdraw the empty bucket, place the new rubber bucket in the working position, and repeat operations 3, 4, and 4.
1、膠槍：因雙組份打膠機是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關(guān)，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會反應(yīng)固化。所以，當(dāng)設(shè)備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不使用就必須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。
1. Glue gun: As a two-component glue applicator is made by mixing two types of glue, its solidification speed is related to the ambient temperature and the ratio of A and B glue. The mixed glue will generally react and solidify within 20 minutes. So, when the equipment is not in use within 20 minutes after normal glue application, the mixed glue must be washed out to avoid blocking the glue mixer and glue gun.
