3、丁基膠涂布機為中空玻璃出產的首要必備設備，為半自動膠條涂布機，即人工持鋁間隔框進行操作，將鋁間隔框放在傳送帶上，人工持鋁間隔框隨傳送帶作業，當鋁間隔框經過傳感器時，傳送壓輪及打膠閥將按設定程序自動作業，即氣缸動作，壓輪壓下，壓送鋁間隔框進行;待鋁間隔框抵達打膠頭時初步打膠，將膠均勻地涂在鋁間隔框上，當間隔框另一側快要抵達壓輪時，壓輪抬起，離開打膠頭時，膠閥自動間斷打膠。
