A、B組份膠泵分別設(shè)一套氣動(dòng)升降機(jī)構(gòu)，該升降機(jī)構(gòu)分別由兩個(gè)氣缸并聯(lián)組成，并經(jīng)過橫梁固定銜接各自的泵體。其目的之一是將兩缸的作用力經(jīng)過壓盤作用在膠面上，壓力大小由調(diào)壓閥調(diào)理，普通調(diào)整在0.3MPa左右；其二，當(dāng)需求改換膠桶時(shí)，氣缸可將壓盤提起。分開膠桶，以便改換新的膠桶。

1、接通氣源：
1. Connect the air supply:
源接通，調(diào)理減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。留意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，假如兩氣缸不同步，請(qǐng)降落至原點(diǎn)后重新操作。
Connect the power supply, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa, and check the system for air leakage. 1)操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升至高，提升過程中察看各管路有無拉伸過緊處。

2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。

3)使A泵壓盤遲緩降落，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口翻開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)堅(jiān)持下壓狀態(tài)）
3) Make the pressure plate of pump a fall slowly. 4)開機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)翻開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)中止。用同樣的辦法操作B泵。
4) Start up and try gluing: turn on the air source switch of the main pump and press the glue gun switch until the air in pump a is exhausted and the glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle. Operate pump B in the same way.
3、打膠操作：

1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整至所需比例。只要當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比到達(dá)正常值時(shí)，才可停止下面的操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the required proportion. As long as the ratio of glue a and glue B reaches the normal value, the following operations can be stopped.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對(duì)準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，翻開膠槍開關(guān)，以恰當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地挪動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。打膠完畢時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) Set the selection knob on pump a and pump B, align the glue gun outlet with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at an appropriate speed to fill the two-component glue in the glass tank. Close the glue gun after gluing.
4、改換膠桶：

1）當(dāng)膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立刻關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，中止打膠。

2）翻開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點(diǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕使壓盤漸漸提起，此時(shí)應(yīng)留意：膠桶盡量不要分開底盤，直至壓盤完整脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。

1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需求一定時(shí)間，因而，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應(yīng)程度悄悄搬動(dòng)。

2.A組、B組份膠應(yīng)堅(jiān)持清潔，嚴(yán)防異物進(jìn)入膠中。

3.在連續(xù)工作過程中，膠槍每次中止工作時(shí)間普通不得超越20分鐘，否則，應(yīng)用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。

運(yùn)用注意事項(xiàng)

1．與膠槍銜接的緊縮空氣壓力不能超越145p.s.i（10bar）

2．拆卸膠槍前一定不要接上緊縮空氣。

3．為確保膠槍牢靠地工作，運(yùn)用后一定要依照密封劑消費(fèi)商引薦的溶劑肅清殘膠（不允許將膠槍浸泡在溶劑中）。
